Job Description

    Build and maintain professional relationships with contacts, business leaders, team members and the management team.


    Identify and maintain a list of prospects through cold calling, networking, social media and referrals.


    Generate new contacts and opportunities adequate to develop a sales pipeline to support quota attainment through prospecting.


    Set up and conduct product introduction presentations (in person or via the web) with identified contacts at targeted companies.


    Articulate a clear and compelling explanation of our business value to prospective customers.


    Be a hunter. Cold Call/Email leads.


    Develop quotes for monthly fees and work with HRIS team to develop implementation cost schedules.


    Prepare weekly sales activity reports.


    Document details of identified opportunities in sales-force to ensure accurate and timely follow up on opportunities, leads and prospects.


    Provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent customer communication and follow-up.


    Develop a trusted consultative relationship with key stakeholders of assigned accounts.


    Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.


    Conduct quarterly business reviews for key customers.


    Assist with customer requests and escalations as needed.


    Lead or participate in other projects as assigned./p>


Qualifications

    Bachelor’s in business administration, IT or related fields.


    0-3 years of B2B software telesales.


    Able to write succinct, crisp and thoughtful emails.


    Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal and interpersonal).


    Have been in a consultative and solution selling environment with proven ability to nurture and qualify leads.


    History of effectively managing a large territory, high volume of leads and building/maintaining relationships.
